Small flow regulation and micro flow regulation are always the difficulties in automatic control application in industry.
Grat developed the small flow regulation technology to realize 100L/h flow control and got the patent in 2013.
In 2016,an old customer came to Grat for 10L/h fuel regulation in his project.
According to his application description,Grat technical department members compared linear regulating valve and rotary regulating valve,and then chose the ball valve as prototype for experiment.It took 2 months to make different depth groove on the equator of spools and test and record the results .Flow control from 36L/h,25L/h,17L/h to 10L/h,finally reached the target 10L/h and updated the small flow regulation technology successfully.
Grat provides a new idea of traditional valves how to realize micro flow regulation.
