How To Install Pneumatic Valve
Pneumatic valve is a routine automatic valve widely used in oil,chemical,electricity industries.Correct installation ensures pneumatic valve to work properly.
1.To set enough space around the valve,the mechanician repair or replace the valve conveniently.Proper hight will let the worker operate or adjust the valve easily.
2.It is necessary to install the stand together with valve,especially,wheninstalled horizontally on the vertical pipe to lighten the weight on the pipe.
3.The pneumatic valve working temperature is -30℃~60℃.
4.The bypass pipe has to be set for worker to swither to manual operation when the valve needs repairing.
5.Before installation,the dirt,welding slag,ect should be cleared thoroughly.
