How to choose L-type or T-type ball valve?Did you make the right choice?
Three - way ball valves are mainly L - type and T - type.The difference between them is: T - shape can make three orthogonal pipelines connected with each other and cut off the third channel, plays a shunt, confluence function.
Confluent t-type three-way ball valve is two ports in and one port out, which is generally suitable for the working condition when two different media are mixed together.If the inlet pressure is different or the pressure is lower than the outlet end, the check valve should be installed in front of the valve.
Shunt t-type three-way valve is one port in and two ports out, this structure is the most commonly used.
The L type ball valve can only connect two orthogonal pipes, and cannot maintain the mutual connection of the third pipe , only for distribution.
