 Motor not 

 start

 Power cord is not plugged in

 Plug in the power cord again

 Power line is disconnected or the 

 connection between the connector and 

 the terminal is loosen

 Connect the power line and fasten the 

  terminal correctly

 Voltage is not right

 Check the voltage

 The overheat protection device is initiated

 Cool down the actuator temperature

 The capacitor for starting is defective

 Contact the manufacturer and replace

 the capacitor

 Indication lamp for on/off  not

 work

 Bulb damaged

 Replace the bulb

 Stroke switch is not proper

 Replace the stroke switch

 The adjustment of electric limit is not 

 proper

 Readjust the cam and make the

 electric limit work properly

 Motor no stop  when

 reaching the limit

 position

 The action of micro switch is not proper

 Replace the micro switch

 The polarity of DC24V or the phase  order of AC380V is wrong

 Adjust the polarity of DC or the

 phase order of AC

 Wrong connection of stroke switch

 Adjust connection
