Electric Control Valve

The control valve, by receiving the control signal output from the regulating control unit, changes the fluid flow by means of power operation.Control valves generally consist of actuators and valves.

1.Working principle
When the motor is stopped during rotation, the opening degree can be controlled. The structure is composed of an electric actuator and a regulating valve.According to the signal of the regulation site, the opening degree of the valve is automatically controlled so as to adjust the flow, pressure and liquid level of the medium.The electric control valve generally includes a driver, which receives a driver signal (0-10V or 4-20MA) to control the valve for adjustment, and may also form an intelligent network control system according to the control requirements, and optimize control to achieve remote monitoring.

2.Drive system features

(2)The use of three-phase AC asynchronous motor is reliable.
(3)Frequency valve operation speed can be set for different objects.
